(‘Intersections’) and Aimia Proprietary Loyalty Canada Inc. (‘Aimia’) (Intersections and Aimia are referred to collectively as ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’) protect the privacy of your information.
As part of our products and services, we may, based on the authorization you have provided, retrieve your credit report information from credit reporting agencies on your behalf and provide that information to you. Intersections, Aimia and each of our affiliates, and Canadian, U.S. and other service providers may provide your personal information in response to a search warrant or other legally valid inquiry or order, or to an investigative body in the case of a breach of an agreement or contravention of law, or as otherwise required or permitted by applicable Canadian, U.S. or other law.
